Select one of the four most powerful empires in the Ancient World: Greece, Persia, Egypt and Rome.

Realistic units and weapons:

• Deploy over 80 units, including infantrymen, archers, cavalry, assault units and massive triremes.
• Use realistically scaled siege towers, ladders and battering rams to annihilate the city’s defences and clear a path through the terrain for the ground forces.

Naval battle:

• Reign supreme over the seas and guarantee victory! Fight to control the seas by boarding enemy vessels using warships designed for the purpose.
• Equip your ships with infantry troops, archers, ballistae or catapults, depending on your strategic objectives.

Advance the civilisations:

• Recruit artisans, scientists, workers and advisors who will help you develop both the military and economic aspects of your civilisation.
• Set out to conquer new territories and establish outposts to increase your recruitment capacity and quickly train new troops.

Multiplayer:
Up to 8 players can fight on different types of terrain by engaging in total war at sea, on the battlefields or in the city in Hero mode.
